The Alfa Spider is synonymous with freedom, technology and pure Italian style. It’s a legendary open top sports car, heir to the legacy of the Giulietta Spider and the unforgettable Duetto – true icons of the automotive world. At its debut at the Geneva Show, the model was immediately awarded the title of "2006 Cabrio of the Year".
The Alfa Spider is the prize offspring of the new Alfa Romeo generation. Italian through and through, it stems from the collaboration between Alfa Romeo Centro Stile and two names that are renown for Italian style the world over: Giugiaro and Pininfarina.
The design is essential but uncomplicated – as befits a two-seater – conveying an impression of both elegance and strength: The new Alfa Spider is not just beautiful, but also technologically advanced and inherently a thoroughbred sports car. The cosseting cockpit and a wealth of avant-garde features mark the return of a legend.
Alfa Spider Italia Independent
Introducing the ‘Italia Independent’, a car with a specification that is everything you would expect of a collaboration between Alfa Romeo and the innovative Italia Independent design brand. The mean and moody exteriors feature matt paint, in a finish called Titanium, new 18" black alloy wheels in an opaque black turbine design, red brake calipers and an 8C inspired fuel cap.
